How the Coaching Works

The coaching begins with an assessment of your current running, training history, and goals.

From there, a personalised 12-week programme is created that integrates running, strength training, and recovery. The programme is reviewed regularly and adjusted as your fitness improves and your circumstances change.

The aim is to provide structure, clarity, and progression without unnecessary volume or intensity.
