I’m Natalie, your Personal Running Coach
Running has been a central part of my life from an early age. I started in athletics, competing in 100m and 200m track events as well as cross country, before moving into triathlon in my early twenties. This journey took me from sprint triathlon through to long-distance Ironman racing, shaping how I approach training and coaching today.
That mix of speed and endurance has influenced my understanding of effective running training. Competing across multiple disciplines taught me the importance of structure, consistency, and balance — principles I now apply as a running coach offering online running coaching and personalised running plans.
For me, coaching isn’t just about pace targets or weekly mileage. It’s about helping runners understand their training, build confidence, and improve in a sustainable way. As a UK-based running coach, I work with runners of all levels, tailoring each plan to individual experience, goals, and lifestyle.
My coaching focuses on balance — between effort and recovery, structure and flexibility, and long-term sustainability. Through clear guidance and structured training, you’ll learn how to listen to your body, train with intent, and develop the strength and resilience needed to keep progressing.
